The project board is accountable for the success of the project and is the key decision-making authority. This course shows you how to structure the project board the roles and responsibilities of project board members that are necessary for project success.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be better able to:

  • Have a clear, common, understanding of each role.
  • Understand how to create an effective Governance structure.
  • Know how to get activist buy-in to this structure by senior management.
  • Encourage full participation in those roles are required.
  • Get cooperation on resource and scheduling constraints by all business units.
