A Project Management Approach
A Project Management Approach (PMA) is structured around five project phases, Concept, Initiate, Plan, Execute, and Close. PMA is a generic view of a discipline-based method, found in most project management best practices, providing an integrated approach to Governance, Management, and Delivery.
Not all methodologies integrate Governance as part of their processes. Review the topics on project management methodologies, listed in the PMA Overview group, to discover which methodologies integrate Governance as part of the process.
