The Project Management Playbook

What is a PM Playbook?

A PM Playbook is a project management toolkit which you build for each project, using standard materials and templates. The Practice Space provides real-world checklists, prompt-sheets and template guides that support and complement your project activities.

Each template is fully explained and all sections are fully annotated Use as is, or modify to suit your requirements, to help you build your own project management playbook.

Documents, based on templates that are maintained within the project, are introduced within a specific phase, but may continue to be relevant throughout the project.

Templates and tools therefore appear in the project phase in which they are initially introduced in the process, not in the phase or phases in which they may continue to be used.
